Arrival & Entry:
- All-audience gate entry is from 1200 Water Street though Rhapsody Plaza
- VIP Ticketholders will have a designated VIP access line.
- Tickets will be available for purchase at the gate. Look for theboxoffice.ca tent for on-site ticket purchases or Will Call pickup.
- Parking downtown during this busy time is limited, so walking, biking, or taking transit is strongly encouraged.
- Limited parking is available in the lot near Rhapsody Plaza.
- Additional parking is available nearby in the Memorial Parkade or the Library Plaza Parkade.
- For other parking options, use the City of Kelowna's Find Parking site. Always check signage for times and rates.
Arrive early to secure your spot and enjoy the additional Touchdown Kelowna Fan Fest activities downtown!

- All ages event.
- All attendees and their belongings will be inspected as a condition of entry.
- Small blankets and lawn/camping chairs are welcome.
- No outside food or drinks. Empty water bottles permitted.
- No drugs or alcohol.
- No weapons or fireworks.
- No pets.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted in City Parks.
- Food trucks and licensed beverage service available. Debit/Credit ONLY.
- This is a rain or shine event, come prepared for the weather!
Full Festival Rules and Regulations:
The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. The artist lineup and vendors are subject to change. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason, including lineup changes or weather-related disruptions.
Open containers and personal bottles will be emptied.
Absolutely NO DRUGS are allowed on-site.
Drugs and outside alcohol are not permitted in BC Parks or any location with a liquor license. If found by security, attendees will be required to DISPOSE OF SUCH ITEMS in a designated and secured disposal bin or be denied entry to the festival grounds.
For the safety of all attendees, ALL ATTENDEES AND THEIR BELONGINGS WILL BE INSPECTED as a condition of entry and re-entry.
Weapons and fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises. The organizer reserves the right to prohibit any additional items at its discretion.
The event maintains a zero-tolerance policy for lewd conduct, hate speech, or discriminatory actions. Violators will be REMOVED FROM THE GROUNDS without refund.
The organizer reserves the right to REFUSE ADMITTANCE OR EJECT any person for creating a disturbance, engaging in prohibited conduct, or violating any of these rules. NO REFUNDS will be issued in such cases.
All attendees must present TWO PIECES OF GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID for Liquor service, with one piece containing a photograph.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted ANYWHERE in City Parks.
Drones are not permitted on-site, with NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of SERVICE ANIMALS as defined by applicable law.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. LARGE CHAIRS, CANOPIES, AND LARGE BLANKETS ARE PROHIBITED. Only small lawn chairs and blankets are allowed.
Umbrellas are permitted but must be used in a manner that does not obstruct the view or enjoyment of other attendees.
The organizer is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen belongings. Attendees are advised to keep personal items secure.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded as part of the audience. All video, photo, and audio materials acquired on-site may be used in promotional materials, without compensation to attendees.
Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands at the festival entrance. Only those with valid wristbands will be permitted to enter and move around the event. Wristbands must remain intact—NO REMOVAL, CUTTING, OR DAMAGE is allowed. NO IN/OUT PRIVILEGES.
LOUD MUSIC may cause hearing damage; the use of safety earplugs is advised. STROBE LIGHTS, FLASHING LIGHTS, and LASERS may be used during the event.
Participation at the festival is at the attendee’s own risk. The organizer is NOT LIABLE for any damages, including injury or death, unless directly caused by deliberate intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
