Arrival & Entry:

  • All guest entry is located off Concession Plaza along the Waterfront Promenade (please refer to the event map for details).
  • We recommend arriving early to allow time to park and settle in — and to enjoy any Touchdown Kelowna Fan Fest activities happening downtown before the evening begins.
  • Look for theboxoffice.ca tent for ticket assistance or Will Call pickup.

Event Experience:

  • This is a fluid, social evening designed for connection, movement, and discovery.
  • There are no assigned tables or formal program — we encourage you to explore, mingle freely, and enjoy every space at your own pace.

Food & Beverage:

  • Your evening includes a welcome cocktail and a fully curated food experience.
  • Additional beverages will be available for purchase (card only).

Dress Code:

  • This is a fun and festive event — we invite you to embrace the theme: “Gala on Top, Beach on the Bottom.”
  • Dress to impress — standout looks may be rewarded.

  • Accessible Parking: 6 accessible stalls – 1200 Water St lot, 2 accessible stalls – along Water St
  • Drop-Off / Pick-Up Locations: Along Water Street (between crosswalk and Delta Parkade), or East side of Water Street, outside Prospera Place (taxi zone)

  • This is a 19+ event (valid ID required)
  • All attendees and belongings are subject to inspection upon entry
  • No outside food or beverages
  • No drugs or alcohol
  • No weapons or fireworks
  • No pets
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted in City parks
  • This is a rain or shine event — please dress accordingly
  • This is a 19+ event (valid ID required)

Waterfront Park Rules and Regulations:

The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. The artist lineup and vendors are subject to change. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason, including lineup changes or weather-related disruptions.

Open containers and personal bottles will be emptied.

Absolutely NO DRUGS are allowed on-site.

Drugs and outside alcohol are not permitted in BC Parks or any location with a liquor license. If found by security, attendees will be required to DISPOSE OF SUCH ITEMS in a designated and secured disposal bin or be denied entry to the festival grounds.

For the safety of all attendees, ALL ATTENDEES AND THEIR BELONGINGS WILL BE INSPECTED as a condition of entry and re-entry.

Weapons and fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises. The organizer reserves the right to prohibit any additional items at its discretion.

The event maintains a zero-tolerance policy for lewd conduct, hate speech, or discriminatory actions. Violators will be REMOVED FROM THE GROUNDS without refund.

The organizer reserves the right to REFUSE ADMITTANCE OR EJECT any person for creating a disturbance, engaging in prohibited conduct, or violating any of these rules. NO REFUNDS will be issued in such cases.

All attendees must present TWO PIECES OF GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID for entry, with one piece containing a photograph.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted ANYWHERE in City Parks.

Drones are not permitted on-site, with NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of SERVICE ANIMALS as defined by applicable law.

The organizer is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen belongings. Attendees are advised to keep personal items secure.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded as part of the audience. All video, photo, and audio materials acquired on-site may be used in promotional materials, without compensation to attendees.

LOUD MUSIC may cause hearing damage; the use of safety earplugs is advised. STROBE LIGHTS, FLASHING LIGHTS, and LASERS may be used during the event.

Participation at the festival is at the attendee’s own risk. The organizer is NOT LIABLE for any damages, including injury or death, unless directly caused by deliberate intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
