Rotary Centre for the Arts presents THE IMPROVISERS: A Touring Stand-Up & Improv Comedy Show

This event is for ages 18+.

The Improvisers, featuring acclaimed comedians Roman Danylo, Chris Casillan, and Pearce Visser, take your suggestions and turn them into spontaneous comedy sketches right before your eyes. This fun, variety-filled, high-energy comedy experience showcases performers whose credits include CBC’s Just for Laughs, The Debaters, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Halifax Comedy Festival, CTV’s Comedy Inc. and Comedy Now, NBC’s Late Friday, and more.

Many of The Improvisers also perform with The Comic Strippers, a parody comedy show that has been wowing audiences across the globe since 2011.

Roman Danylo has appeared on CTV’s Comedy Now, Comedy Inc. and Corner Gas. CBC’s Just for Laughs, The Debaters, Winnipeg, Halifax Comedy Festivals and is the creator of The Comic Strippers.

Chris Casillan is an actor and improviser based in Vancouver, BC. Currently, he is touring with The Comic Strippers, where he is an original contributor and performer. He is a two-time Canadian Comedy Awards winner with various television credits such as NBC’s Trial & Error, Phantom Pups, Super Pups, Puppy Pep and film credits Been Better, Actually (Short 2023), Kingsway (2018). Catch him in his new improvised musical show, Troubadour, coming soon.

Pearce Visser is an actor, improviser, writer, emcee and entertainer based in Vancouver with over 35 years of professional experience. He has earned a spot in Cirque du Soleil’s actor talent pool, entertained on cruise ships, and performed in 100's of corporate events.
